Mission & Bio

Originally started in 2013, sister's Ginger and Vicki's biggest mission at Butterflies Everywhere was to increase the declining monarch butterfly population in the Midwest. 

We need to improve our planet and we believe that we can make a difference with your help. The Monarch population didn't decrease all by itself.

We are a green company using organic compost, rainwater, solar powered pumps, recycled materials and reused or decomposable pots and are proud of it.

How we plan on doing this is to educate and influence people about alternative ways to control weeds, grow plants and garden for better health. Leading by example and encouraging people that they can make a difference just by planting a butterfly garden in their own backyard. 

We raise and sell healthy disease free Monarchs and other varieties of butterflies. Butterflies are for sale usually by the dozen for release at special events. Every healthy butterfly released into the wild is given a new beginning. We do Butterfly tea parties, tai chi with the Butterflies, sell Wild Adornment handmade jewelry. Monarch's need Milkweed to lay their eggs on, it's a must have for your Butterfly garden. Check out our plant sales with host and nectar plants so that you can start your own Mini Monarch Waystation. Raising healthy Butterflies and releasing them into the wild gives them a new lease on life.  

Update It is December 2022 and over a year ago I lost my little sister, business partner and best friend Ginger.  Butterflies have a very deep meaning to me and are said to be a symbol of the soul. Ginger is in every Butterfly I see and all around me in this beautiful world.  I started Creative Butterfly Ventures LLC dba Butterflies Everywhere. I have a goal to build a Treeching Treehouse and Butterfly Sanctuary in honor of Ginger. Butterflies are sacred to me. They have many different meanings to a lot of people.
